About The Position

The Director, Market Access Analytics is the analytics and insights leader dedicated to US Market Access, reporting directly to the Vice President, US Analytics & Insights. The role supports launch planning and commercialization readiness by translating payer, reimbursement, contracting, channel, and patient access data into strategic guidance. It calls for deep knowledge of the US market access landscape, strong analytical and business-partnering capabilities, and experience turning complex data into actionable recommendations in a fast-growing organization. Oncology and launch experience are strongly preferred. The position is based at Revolution Medicines’ headquarters in Redwood City, California. The Director develops and executes an integrated analytics plan supporting access strategy, launch readiness, performance monitoring, and business planning across the US portfolio. The role partners with Market Access leadership and cross-functional teams, owns the market access KPI framework and executive-ready reporting, and leads payer, formulary, patient access, reimbursement, contracting, launch, and in-market analytics. It also helps shape data strategy and scalable reporting, advances fit-for-purpose analytics and automation, and communicates clear recommendations and their limitations to senior leaders. The position hires and manages multiple direct reports, manages external analytics partners and operating budgets, and helps scale the function through best practices, mentoring, and talent development. Travel may be required. The role does not own forecasting or gross-to-net calculations, but partners with Finance on gross-to-net assumptions and variance analyses. Revolution Medicines is an oncology company focused on discovering, developing, and delivering medicines for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company describes its culture as following the science, challenging assumptions, acting with urgency, and maintaining rigorous standards in service of patients.
