About The Position

This includes strategic planning which supports growth plans as well as operational oversight to ensure efficiency, safety, and security. Key initiatives include start-up of new manufacturing facilities with associated infrastructure (MES, integration of process tools and test systems, integration with Nokia ERP systems, etc.). This role will drive the risk management lifecycle from identification and assessment through mitigation, monitoring, and communication. Responsible for developing and leading a team as well as educating peers and business partners on OT best practices, technologies, and on new and emerging threats. Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Occasional after hours and weekend work. On site in the San Jose or Sunnyvale area preferred.
