This is a field-based position, with flexibility to be located anywhere in the U.S. Position Summary: The Director, Long-Term Care (LTC) National Accounts is responsible for leading Acadia's long-term care account strategy and overseeing a team of field-based account management professionals responsible for strategic customer engagement across the LTC continuum. This role serves as the senior leader for the LTC account channel, ensuring alignment of customer strategies, market insights, cross-functional initiatives, and account execution to support business objectives and improve patient access to appropriate therapies. The Director will lead the development and execution of national and regional account strategies, cultivate executive-level relationships across key LTC stakeholders, and partner closely with Sales, Patient, Value & Access (PV&A), Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer Insights & Performance (CIP), and other cross-functional teams to deliver a coordinated customer experience. This individual will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure organizational goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism.
