Maintenance Director - Long Term Care
About The Position
Timberland Ridge, a skilled nursing facility is looking for a qualified Maintenance Director to join our team! As Director you will be engaged with the Administrator to complete both short and long-term tasks. The successful candidate has the opportunity to interact with residents daily, while maintaining the facilities’ regulatory obligation to the Ohio Department of Health and NFPA Guidelines. The Director will be responsible for meeting all expected Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations. Requirements
- NFPA Knowledge and Understanding
- Life Safety Code Knowledge and Understanding
- Ohio Department of Health Knowledge and Understanding
Responsibilities
- Meeting all expected Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations.
- Interacting with residents daily.
- Maintaining the facilities’ regulatory obligation to the Ohio Department of Health and NFPA Guidelines.
