About The Position

The Director, Learning Products serves as the product owner for a portfolio of innovative learning solutions supporting Fidelity Brokerage. The role translates business strategy into impactful learning experiences, leads a team of learning designers, and drives the exploration, implementation, and evaluation of emerging learning design experiences and technologies. The Director leads the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that support associates and advances Fidelity Brokerage’s product-oriented approach to learning and performance outcomes.

The Brokerage Talent and Learning Team partners across the organization and collaborates with Line HR to support priorities aligned with business needs. The team also works closely with the Talent, Learning and D&I Enterprise teams on Enterprise initiatives and implementing strategies and programs within Brokerage.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in strategic learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across creative, technical, and business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for strategic discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and content design.
• Ability to lead large, complex, multi-team initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple workstreams and dependencies while maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making thoughtful trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Passion for creating meaningful, consumer-facing learning experiences.
• Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience, in business, education, or organizational development.
