About The Position

Cencora is building a modern learning organization to help its people develop the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities that support the company’s goals. This highly visible leader partners with Talent Insights, Workforce Experience Management (WXM), Finance, Learning Technology, HR Technology, and business teams. The role calls for a builder and systems thinker who can use data, AI, and automation to make learning operations simpler and more impactful.
