About The Position

The Director of Laboratory & Diagnostic Imaging Services provides leadership for all laboratory and imaging services across AVH. This role is responsible for strategy, operations, financial performance, quality, and regulatory compliance across both service lines. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director will ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered diagnostic services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Relevant certification (MLS, ARRT or ARDMS, or equivalent)
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Laboratory and/or Diagnostic Imaging
• We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related field)
• Experience with Epic, Vitros, Unity, WellSky
