About The Position
The Director IT Workstream Supply Chain is accountable for the delivery of procurement, inventory, and logistics capabilities in SAP. This role ensures alignment with business operations and seamless integration across finance, asset, and customer domains. The primary purpose is to ensure that supply chain processes are implemented effectively in SAP, integration across finance and asset systems is stable, master data is governed and accurate, and procure-to-pay execution is production-ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years in SAP MM or supply chain systems
- 5+ years leading ERP workstreams
- Strong experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory programs
- SAP MM expertise and configuration
- End-to-end supply chain process understanding
- Master data governance discipline
- Integration across ERP systems
- Testing and defect resolution discipline
- Operational readiness and cutover planning
- Strong coordination across business and IT
Responsibilities
- Own SAP MM and supply chain system delivery.
- Ensure adherence to fit-to-standard design and enterprise architecture decisions.
- Oversee configuration and development for procurement and inventory.
- Manage integration across procurement, inventory, finance, and asset systems.
- Resolve cross-functional design and interface challenges.
- Align system capabilities with end-to-end business processes.
- Govern master data for materials, vendors, and business partners.
- Lead end-to-end procure-to-pay and inventory testing.
- Ensure data migration accuracy and readiness.
- Define supply chain cutover approach and sequencing.
- Ensure operational readiness for procurement and inventory.
- Lead stabilization and backlog prioritization post-go-live.
