About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. The Director IT – ERP & Corporate Applications is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and support of our Global ERP and Corporate business applications ecosystem. This position will lead a high-caliber team of product owners, analysts, developers, and production support professionals to ensure innovative capability development and seamless delivery across our global applications landscape. Encompassing critical functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Order Management, and Finance, this role requires a deep understanding of the Oracle product suite and a strategic mindset to align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience implementing Oracle applications and delivering global ERP implementation initiatives.
  • 24 months of experience overseeing the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and corporate applications.
  • 24 months of experience working with the ERP product suite and corporate application domains, including Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Distribution & Logistics, and Finance.
  • 24 months of experience designing architectural principles and frameworks, middleware, and integration standards for connecting ERP systems with third-party business applications.
  • 24 months of experience overseeing the application development lifecycle—from road-mapping and design through deployment and support—using tools and methodologies including Agile methodology, ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, software testing tools, and CI/CD deployment principles.
  • 24 months of experience leveraging AI-based solutions (AI agents and AI development studios) to automate and enhance business performance and operational processes within ERP or enterprise application environments.
  • 24 months of experience developing data strategies and data-management approaches for ERP and enterprise-level corporate applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for ERP and corporate systems in collaboration with business partners.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging applications to enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Oversee the application development lifecycle, from strategic road-mapping through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Build and lead high performing teams, develop talent, provide coaching and mentoring, and drive a culture of accountability.
  • Demonstrate expertise across the Oracle ERP product suite, corporate applications, and related ancillary systems.
  • Possess deep business process knowledge of key functional areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Order Management, and Finance.
  • Demonstrate experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of leading industry trends in enterprise technology.
  • Cultivate culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Implement robust security and governance protocols for all enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity and access control.
