About The Position
As a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Operations at Honeywell, you will lead end-to-end supply chain execution at our Minneapolis site, with a strong emphasis on project execution, Management Operating System (MOS) maturity, capacity expansion, and operational excellence. This role is a critical site leadership position responsible for translating business strategy into disciplined execution that enables growth through capital investment, lean operations, and increased manufacturing capacity. You will have full accountability for procurement, production planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, and distribution, ensuring these functions operate as a tightly integrated system. In parallel, you will lead major cross-functional projects, embed a robust MOS, and partner with senior leadership to execute capital programs that expand operational capability and support future growth. In this role, you will significantly influence the site’s ability to scale, deliver, and perform. By strengthening operational discipline, driving lean transformation, and executing capacity-expanding capital projects, you will directly enable improved throughput, cost performance, delivery, and long-term business growth.
