About The Position

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our production operations. By ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company. Your leadership and management skills will foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations within the assigned department
Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices
Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and maintain key performance indicators to track and improve team performance
Assign capacity and resources to fulfill customer requirements and balance with factory needs
Develop and oversee production plans along with Planning and Program Management
Utilize strong people skills to align team members toward common business and performance goals
Provide daily resources for products requiring assembly and daily status of key work orders to ensure schedules are met
Assure that tools, procedures, trained personnel, and work instructions are in place
