Senior ISC Operations Manager (Weekend Operations Leader)
About The Position
As a Senior ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence across our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is designed for a traditional, people-focused Operations Leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment and is equally passionate about capacity optimization, lean transformation, and site-level project execution. You will be responsible for leading weekend operations supporting approximately 100–150 associates, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while maintaining strong continuity with weekday leadership teams. In addition to day-to-day operational leadership, you will actively drive continuous improvement initiatives, support capacity planning, and lead cross-functional projects that strengthen site performance and resilience. Reporting directly to site leadership, this role is based on-site in Minneapolis, MN and requires a flexible schedule to support weekend operations, including effective handoffs before and after weekend shifts. You will serve as the primary escalation point during weekend operations for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
