About The Position

Faropoint is hiring a Director of Investor Relations & Operations to own the investor experience after commitment, including onboarding, capital calls, statements, tax and legal obligations, and the fund administrator relationship. This is the department’s first senior investor operations lead in the US. The department is building its platform to raise $2 billion annually and service 50 institutional limited partners and 750 high-net-worth investors. The role is accountable for meeting the resulting closing, side-letter, capital-call, and reporting obligations accurately and on time. The Director will lead investor operations across vehicles, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors, manage the fund administrator, establish operational standards and controls, and help design and implement the department’s investor platform. The role is based with a small, senior team in Hoboken and offers direct access to the CEO, CFO, and Global Head of Capital Development. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
