About The Position

Five-Star AudioVisual, Inc. is a boutique audiovisual company serving the luxury hospitality industry. We specialize in developing innovative strategies and implementing high-level service standards to create immersive experiences for our clients. We are seeking a Director, Integrated Solutions to manage the day-to-day installation of complex Audio Visual systems, direct the development of installations, and grow revenue and profitability. This role involves seamless integration of various technologies and systems, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience leading Audio Visual system installation including hands-on installation and wiring
• Experience with audiovisual rack work, site preparation, hardware set-up, and calibration of audiovisual equipment
• Customer service and sub-contractor management skills
• Well versed in Audio Visual termination and cabling
• Proficient knowledge of Audio Visual Systems and Technology
• Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and schematics
• Ability to perform rapidly and precisely under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in custom audiovisual installation
• Manage a team
• Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
• Able to effectively plan ahead
• Ability to breakdown problems and find solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Computer proficiency
• Mechanical and Fabrication Skills
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required to operate a Company vehicle.

• CTS Certified

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day Installation of complex Audio Visual systems
• Direct the development of installations
• Work with clients, contractors, project managers, and other technicians to successfully deploy projects
• Responsible for growing revenue and profitability by expanding the company's integrated solutions
• Integrate various technologies and systems seamlessly
• Working effectively and efficiently while providing the highest quality craftsmanship
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste and maximize productivity
• Install the highest quality systems possible, utilizing the best industry practices and code compliance
• Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with Hotel account
• Maintain positive employee relations, strong team-player orientation, and communication standards.
• Effectively utilize the company's business software
• Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self.
• Maintain a positive attitude when faced with daily challenges
• Other related duties as required or assigned
