The Director of Integrated Marketing develops, implements and leads powerful, integrated marketing strategies that protect our position as the market leader. This position is responsible for initiating and overseeing the delivery of short and long-term marketing initiatives that will drive growth for Safelite. Successful implementation will result in increased brand awareness, consideration, and preference. The Director of Integrated Marketing is a marketing-channel agnostic leader who will operate as the cross-functional quarterback that connects the needs of the business (segment owners) to the Digital, Conversion, Media, and Brand Activation teams. They are responsible for driving ownable brand messaging that stimulates demand, and differentiates Safelite from the competition. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. This role requires someone who is collaborative, not afraid of change, curious, inventive, a bold collaborator who has the ability to influence with and without direct authority.
