We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock scalable growth. This leader will sit at the center of Sales, Product, Creative, Performance, and Brand Marketing to ensure we show up in-market with clarity, differentiation, and measurable impact. The Director will translate enterprise strategy into integrated programs that drive demand, deepen client relationships, and accelerate commercial outcomes. This role requires equal parts strategic vision, operational rigor, and creative problem solving.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or commercial marketing leadership
  • Experience in media, health, consumer, technology, or performance-driven environments
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into executable, measurable marketing programs
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort working directly with revenue teams
  • Exceptional storytelling skills across executive, client, and internal audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metrics and ROI analysis
  • Ability to operate with urgency, clarity, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop cohesive, cross-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, content, experiential, and performance channels
  • Align enterprise value proposition with market-facing messaging and solution packaging
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support revenue goals, new product launches, and priority verticals
  • Build scalable frameworks for campaign orchestration across brands and portfolios
  • Create integrated narratives and marketing materials that support enterprise selling
  • Partner with RevOps and Performance teams to measure marketing impact on pipeline, conversion, and retention
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities and new market whitespace
  • Ensure consistent and differentiated messaging across all touchpoints
  • Elevate brand perception among key buyers and decision-makers
  • Lead collaboration across Sales, Creative, Product, Data, and Marketing teams
  • Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountability
  • Build processes that improve clarity, velocity, and execution
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team
