It will drive adoption and accountability across functions, lead weekly and monthly planning cycles, manage risks and opportunities, support selected strategic projects, and coordinate milestones for the annual three-year plan cycle. The position manages two salaried direct reports. This is an office-based role in a normal open-workspace environment. Employees may work virtually up to two days per week and are expected to be onsite at their assigned location at least three days per workweek during defined core days.
