About The Position

At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. As Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will play a pivotal role in turning that ambition into reality. You will shape how integrated planning drives the health and performance of our Operating Units and regions, bringing clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution to a complex, global organization. In this role, you will provide an integrated, enterprise-wide view across OUs, regions, and functions—aligning growth, innovation, cost, service level commitments, financial goals, and operating mechanisms. You will lead the implementation of best-in-class Integrated Business Planning practices, with a particular focus on Financial Project Review and Management Business Review processes. You will also connect the dots between IBP and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), enabling smarter decisions, faster responses, and stronger performance in support of Medtronic’s mission to improve lives. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts.
