About The Position
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Director, Global Inclusion & Diversity to join our amazing culture. This leader will shape and execute Convergint’s global I&D strategy, advise executive and business leaders, and embed inclusive practices across the colleague experience. Guided by a philosophy of global commitment to inclusion, with locally relevant priorities and execution, the Director will establish shared principles, governance, and measures while partnering with regional leaders to address local cultures, laws, workforce needs, and business conditions. As part of the global Talent team, this leader will strengthen engagement, talent pipelines, leadership capability, and community presence as Convergint grows.
