About The Position

The Director, In Market Execution position is responsible for ensuring internal and external customer needs are met regarding resetting CCCI space inside customer locations as well as executing the designated point of sale replenishment process for his/her assigned Regions. The Director, In Market Execution role maintains collaborative relationships across multiple functions including Sales Operations leadership, Customer Management, Commercial, and Procurement to ensure the CCCi portfolio is properly set at the customer level in accordance with the needs of our company and our customers.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 7 years beverage company experience specifically in Sales Operations and/or Customer focused roles
  • Advanced understanding of CCCI Sales Operations processes, Warehouse processes and Customer Management processes
  • Ability to effectively balance the office & field workload and spend a minimum of 40% of the work time traveling in the field locations
  • Experience managing personnel located across a geography to achieve high levels of efficiency, performance and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to identify processes or areas that require change and drive the necessary change to implement new processes
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization up to the Chief roles as well as the ability to communicate with all levels of a customer organization
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years in beverage company, specifically in Sales Operations and/ or Customer focused roles

Responsibilities

  • Ensures assigned field leaders effectively and efficiently deploy the In Market Execution to achieve the space reset and point of sale needs of our customers and field sales teams
  • Works collaboratively with functional partners to ensure a detailed understanding of the reset needs of our key customers to develop and execute a strategy for the In Market Execution team along with ensuring the point of sale process is achieving desired business needs
  • Monitors labor and all applicable OPEX to ensure annual budget targets are not exceeded
  • Collaborates with functional partners to develop and implement a strategy to support key business initiatives such as the “1st 100 days” and CCCi’s seasonal sales and marketing “peaks“ and “valleys“ for the entire In Market Execution team
  • Spends at least 40% of the time in his/her assigned markets engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, and coaching and training
  • Implements continuous improvement methods and embodies company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
  • Ensures self-development activities are established and followed by working with their Capabilities Manager and attending classroom and online learning
  • Other duties as assigned
