About The Position

This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction for school improvement initiatives within the district. The Director will work to enhance educational programs and student achievement by supporting schools in their efforts to improve instructional practices, curriculum development, and overall school effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to implement evidence-based strategies and monitor progress towards district goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Five (5) years of successful full-time experience as a teacher, administrator, or supervisor.
  • Three (3) years of successful full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
  • Valid Nevada Administrative/Supervisory License.
  • Completion of the entire seven (7) year work history in the “Experience and Credentials” section of the application, including periods of unemployment, schooling and volunteer work.
