About The Position

As the Director of Human Resources and a key member of the management team, you will lead high‑performing HR and recruiting teams, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and drive continuous process improvement across HR operations to ensure the efficient, consistent delivery of human resources services across the organization. This role is based at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. Anton Paar USA offers a comprehensive benefits package and a profit‑sharing contribution to your 401(k) retirement savings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred; recognized coaching certification is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen with experience aligning HR strategy to organizational priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
  • Lead and develop the HR and Recruiting teams while supporting a strong, compliant workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, payroll, and benefits administration
