This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the Human Resources department. The Director will develop and maintain personnel policies and procedures, monitor compliance with state and federal laws and corporate philosophy, and stay updated on government regulations affecting HR practices. Key responsibilities include overseeing executive payroll administration, coordinating staffing activities, conducting salary surveys, maintaining HRIS, and promoting employee morale and a positive employee-employer relationship. The position requires overseeing multiple sites and may involve travel, including overnight stays. Other duties may be assigned.
