The Director, Human Resources Total Rewards is responsible for leading and directing strategic planning and development, implementation, and evaluation of human resources programs and services in the areas of benefits, retirement, wellness, compensation, and wage and salary. The position will ensure the maximization of the total rewards team's performance and competency. The position manages teams responsible for administering and facilitating the above identified programs and services. This position is responsible for directing all aspects of running efficient teams, including hiring, supervising, coaching, training, disciplining, and motivating direct reports.
