In the role, you will shape and lead the next evolution of our People Analytics function – partnering with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking vision that leverages advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and emerging AI and Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for accelerating speed to insight – delivering timely, actionable workforce intelligence that enables leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will lead a team focused on generating high-impact insights across the employee lifecycle while modernizing tools, processes, and operating models to support a more agile, data-centric organization. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR leaders, business executives, technology teams, and data governance partners to embed analytics into core decision-making processes and unlock measurable business value.
