Reporting into the VP of HR, the Director, HR Operations leads the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems, operational processes, and workforce reporting capabilities. This role ensures that HR infrastructure is scalable, automated, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by strong data governance frameworks. As Global Relay continues to grow and scale globally, this role will ensure our HR infrastructure evolves in step with the business. In this position, you will partner closely with Enterprise Systems (ES), IT, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and HR leadership to drive process excellence, regulatory compliance, and data-driven workforce insights across the organization. You will bring strategic oversight to HR operations while strengthening controls, improving reporting, and providing leadership with reliable, actionable data.
