About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Operations Leader to drive operational excellence across HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will oversee HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Systems, compliance, and process transformation while leading high-performing teams and supporting overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience from automotive, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments and can balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems.
  • Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance.
  • Proven success leading HR functions during periods of rapid growth or transformation.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing senior teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in automotive, manufacturing, or other fast-paced, complex environments strongly preferred.
  • Multi-site operations experience
  • HRIS implementation or optimization experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing plant or field operations
  • Change management and organizational transformation leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all areas of HR Operations, including policies, workflows, service delivery, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Oversee Total Rewards programs, including compensation strategy, benefits administration, and market competitiveness.
  • Provide leadership for HR Systems, HRIS, payroll integration, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations across all HR functions.
  • Utilize analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Manage global mobility and relocation programs where applicable.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives to support growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with company goals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead senior-level HR teams.
  • Develop scalable HR processes that enhance employee experience and business performance.
