EōS Fitness is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to build and scale Talent Operations across a high-growth, multi-state organization. Reporting to the Vice President of HR (Talent) Strategy, this role will shape the operating model, systems strategy, and service delivery approach that support the full team member lifecycle. The Director, Talent Operations will lead a newly established team responsible for HR systems, process excellence, and administrative operations, while partnering cross-functionally to simplify workflows, improve data integrity, and create a more seamless experience for leaders and team members.
