Director - Home Health and Hospice
About The Position
Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Director to join our Home Health and Hospice team! This position provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the Hospice and Home Health departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across home-based service lines. The Director is responsible for program oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, workforce management, quality improvement, and program development. This role involves collaboration with physicians, clinical leaders, community partners, and executive leadership to promote safe, compassionate, and effective care while advancing organizational goals and supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- Current State of Alaska Registered Nursing License
- BLS Certification
- Must produce a negative drug screen for all illegal substances in the State of Alaska prior to start of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) years’ standard-level licensed experience in applicable department (Ex: Registered Nurse, BH Clinician)
- Two (2) years of supervisory, management, or charge experience
- Master’s in Healthcare Administration and previous experience in specialty area
