About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking an Operations Director for our Healthcare division to build & lead a growing 70+ person team, innovates, coaches and mentors with overall responsibility for the profitability, growth, service delivery, and management of the rapidly growing and fast-paced medical waste business unit for the Western region. A results-oriented leader who fosters and creates optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Fosters and develops a culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives through active management and mentorship of Branch Managers and other direct reports; assesses depth of talent and expertise in region; identify strategies to effectively manage resources.
