The Director, Healthcare Marketing and Business Development will own the end-to-end brand strategy, commercial execution, and financial performance of our healthcare nutrition portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and full P&L accountability. The ideal candidate is a builder who can scale brands, translate strategy into commercial results, and lead cross-functional teams to drive sustained revenue and profitability in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, Nutrition, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of senior marketing experience with brand leadership and P&L ownership; experience in healthcare nutrition, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own full P&L responsibility for the healthcare nutrition portfolio, accountable for revenue, margin, and growth performance.
Develop and execute a growth-focused brand strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and loyalty among healthcare providers, distributors, and GPOs.
Lead product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management with a clear commercial and ROI lens.
Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs (digital, educational, events, and content) to accelerate demand and revenue.
Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Clinical teams to translate brand strategy into sales enablement tools, provider programs, and distributor initiatives.
Leverage market research, competitive insights, and provider feedback to inform strategy and optimize investment decisions.
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact, efficiency, and profitability.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering accountability, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Serve as a visible thought leader in healthcare nutrition, representing the company at industry conferences, provider events, and forums.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand market share and accelerate portfolio growth.
