About The Position

The Director of GTM Strategy & Operations partners with Charlie Health’s VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to analyze revenue performance from lead through opportunity, booked assessment, and admission, and use those findings to guide near-term actions and longer-term decisions across staffing, workflows, tools, and incentives. The role leads projects as an individual contributor and collaborates with the team across a range of initiatives. It has no direct reports at hire. The Director also partners with the VP on strategic planning, including annual and quarterly OKRs, runs the operating cadence and business reviews, and coordinates project management across the organization. Success calls for strong analytical range, structured problem-solving with incomplete information, sound judgment, cross-functional leadership, exceptional communication, a bias for action, and willingness to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
