About The Position

The Director, Growth converts the U.S. growth agenda into measurable value through operating model optimization and improved trade and marketing investment returns. Partnering with Growth, Finance, and Commercial leaders, this hands-on leader solves complex business challenges, aligns stakeholders, and drives change from business case development through implementation and value realization.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Within commuting distance of Stamford, CT.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, commercial effectiveness, or commercial finance.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and benefit realization.
  • Expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, process transformation, trade spend, revenue growth management, or investment optimization.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen, including business cases and scenario modeling.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Consumer-sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the U.S. operating model agenda, defining structure, decision rights, governance, and ways of working.
  • Simplify processes, ownership, and cross-functional engagement to improve speed, capacity, and execution.
  • Identify AI, automation, and digital opportunities that improve productivity, cycle time, and decision quality.
  • Lead trade and marketing spend effectiveness, increasing visibility by customer, channel, brand, and event.
  • Use ROI and commercial insights to optimize investment decisions, funding allocation, pricing, assortment, and customer negotiations.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and governance to support informed decisions.
  • Build business cases and scenario analyses with Finance, including benefit tracking.
  • Integrate work across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, People & Culture, and Growth while managing reporting, partners, costs, and knowledge transfer.
