The Director, Growth Marketing will oversee a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond. This role will play a key part in helping us tackle some of our most exciting problems, unlocking new opportunities, and creating an environment where our teams can do their best work. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the ever-evolving landscape of performance media, have a growth mindset seeking continuous learning and innovation, and leverage data to uncover unique growth paths that maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
  • 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
  • Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display
  • In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company is preferred, where you have directly owned paid marketing strategy and budget rather than managing client accounts in an agency setting
  • Experience in PLG organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond
  • Be strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region
  • Assess and build in-house talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as needed
