The Director, Global Strategic Programs is a key commercial leader responsible for translating SharkNinja's commercial ambitions into tangible outcomes such as POS and revenue growth, margin improvement, market share gains, and efficient global commercial spending. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, orchestrating the commercial agenda by aligning strategy, operating models, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance value creation across the global commercial engine. The Director will lead the execution of the Agentic Commercial Engine (ACE) and other commercial initiatives, including commercial intelligence, revenue growth management, category planning, media and social analytics, and international expansion. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, executive influence, and the ability to mobilize various departments like Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, SS&A, and IT to achieve improvements in growth, margin, speed, and decision quality. The Director will drive outcomes by solving problems and by building sustainable mechanisms, operating rhythms, and fostering adoption to elevate commercial performance across all categories, markets, and channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in commercial strategy and operations, revenue growth management, commercial transformation, or consulting into commercial organizations.
  • Deep commercial acumen across the full funnel: Retail, Amazon/e-commerce, TikTok Shop and social commerce, D2C, media, trade, and pricing/promotion.
  • Experience enabling AI- and tech/data-driven commercial decision-making is a requirement.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional commercial initiatives with quantifiable revenue and margin outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen; comfort translating P&L, margin, and investment drivers into commercial levers.
  • Expertise in KPI design, commercial operating rhythms (OWW/S&OP-type cadences), and performance governance.
  • Exceptional communication, synthesis, executive presence, and the ability to simplify complexity for decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry or comparable platforms is a plus.
  • Global and international commercial experience; distributor and expansion-market exposure a plus.
  • Consumer products experience strongly preferred.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the commercial growth agenda into clear programs, workstreams, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
  • Own the commercial action tracker and burn-down, ensuring owners, dates, and status are current.
  • Establish and run commercial operating rhythms (SCRs, weekly opportunity reviews) to reinforce accountability, transparency, and rapid decision-making.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of ACE across its workstreams: core OWW, Category Plan to Win, revenue growth management (RGM), and media/social analytics.
  • Partner with Palantir, SharkNinja IT, and internal Commercial business teams to deliver the commercial command center build, automate data feeds, establish product ownership, and transition to a sustainable in-house operating model.
  • Drive adoption of ACE across regions and functions, train teams, close operating-model gaps, and retire legacy manual reporting.
  • Ensure every insight becomes a quantified opportunity with a named owner, dollar value, and action plan.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional commercial problem-solving sessions ('hacks'), workshops, and category growth sessions.
  • Lead and support international expansion execution, including distributor operating models, scorecards, market go-lives, and growth-market readiness.
  • Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps across the commercial organization and design scalable solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance/FP&A, SS&A, and Product.
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance to measure commercial value creation and ROI on the commercial investment pool.
  • Partner with FP&A to cost and track initiatives, optimize investment, and report realized impact.
  • Embed standardized processes, operating rhythms, and scalable best practices to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
