Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking the best talent for a Director, Global Strategic Marketing, MONARCH Urology, to join our MedTech organization in Santa Clara, CA. Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. The MONARCH™ Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first endoluminal robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system designed to help physicians access small, hard-to-reach lung nodules to enable earlier diagnosis of lung cancer. The Monarch Platform for Urology will soon create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology system designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access of organs across the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The Director, Global Strategic Marketing, MONARCH Urology is a strategic leader responsible for steering the vision and execution of marketing initiatives with an emphasis on upstream product management. This role partners closely with the R&D/Innovation team and regional commercial teams to drive the development and commercialization of innovative urology products spanning robotics hardware, software, instrumentation, and digital solutions. In addition, this leader has responsibility for global marketing, brand management, positioning, and messaging to ensure a cohesive, compelling value proposition and narrative is delivered to targeted customers worldwide.
