  • Design vendor master data governance, including onboarding and verification, tax documentation, periodic review, and deactivation.
  • Embed segregation of duties across requisitioning, approval, receiving, invoice entry, vendor maintenance, and payment; periodically review system access against these rules.
  • Define AP month-end close activities with the Controller, including cutoff, accruals for received-not-invoiced items, sub-ledger-to-general-ledger tie-out, and aging review.
  • Design AP support for tax and statutory reporting, including 1099, sales and use tax, VAT, and withholding, in partnership with the Tax team.
