About The Position

Global Marketing, Director – Hematology Assets We are currently recruiting for a Director Global Oncology Marketing – Hematology Team. The Director of Global Oncology Marketing – Hematology Assets will collaborate closely with the Disease Asset Leads to develop and execute the Commercial strategy of late-stage hematology assets. This position will require outstanding leadership in launch preparation and will report to the Executive Director, Global Oncology/Hematology Marketing - Leukemia.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years combined marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities, and the science of Hematology - Oncology.
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation at Global or affiliate level.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive initiative forward.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Master's degree, MBA, Medical Degree, or Doctorate/PhD
  • Global Marketing and/or Oncology/Hematology marketing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in development of brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand marketing.
  • Work with finance and business planning to manage brand forecast and budget

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial leadership in close collaboration with Late-Stage Heme Asset Leads
  • Drive innovative global execution to ensure critical launch deliverables are seamlessly adapted and deployed in priority markets, leveraging novel tools and approaches such as content accelerator and AI.
  • Provide commercial leadership, where appropriate, into Scientific Strategy development & execution (e.g., Congress Planning, Scientific Platform development, Medical Education programs, Patient Engagement etc.)
  • Collaboration with other functions /divisions in key markets to develop, plan and execute worldwide launches to ensure commercial and enterprise readiness.
  • Collaboration with key markets to develop global strategy, while supporting local needs
  • Participate in the development of customer engagement strategy and scientific expert leader engagement.
  • Through detailed competition tracking and assessment, inform commercial planning assumptions, strategy and positioning.
  • Develop competitive response planning.
  • Provide commercial leadership, where appropriate, for the creation & implementation of internal/external communications
