About The Position

The Director of Global Employee Giving and Volunteering will lead all aspects of the strategy, development, and delivery of NVIDIA's donation, gift-matching, and volunteering initiatives. This role is essential in encouraging a strong culture of giving and community engagement among our employees. The Director will drive participation, improve impact, and ensure the smooth operation and governance of all related programs, including our flagship matching gifts and global volunteering programs.

Requirements

  • 15+ overall years of evolving experience in employee giving, matching gifts administration, company-sponsored volunteering, corporate social responsibility, corporate giving, or a related field.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in the successful management, operation, and scaling of global workplace giving programs.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience leading strategy development and running large-scale programs across multiple geographies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills, with proven success in interacting effectively with, and influencing, senior leadership.
  • Strong background in internal marketing and communications, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive employee participation through various channels.
  • Experience in budget management, financial tracking, and reporting for employee giving programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the company’s employee giving initiatives, and track important data to measure success.
  • Lead the development and execution of internal communications campaigns and marketing strategy to promote programs and drive participation globally.
  • Oversee the annual budget, monitoring expenditures and optimizing resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter authority and representative, communicating program updates, performance, and strategic direction to executive leadership, internal collaborators, and external audiences.
  • Nurture and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance, Communications) to ensure smooth program integration and support.
  • Lead executive engagement initiatives, securing leadership support and participation in key initiatives.
  • Direct the end-to-end operational management of related platforms, policies, and tools, ensuring meticulous program governance, compliance with all relevant regulations, adherence to internal policies and guidelines, and a positive user experience.
  • Lead employee giving response to disasters and crises, including aligning with leadership and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools to support programs and operations.
