About The Position

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise, digital product leadership, executive presence and practical experience operating within large, complex, highly matrixed financial institutions. They must be able to shape the roadmap with senior executives, navigate governance and organizational complexity, and drive sustained execution across business, technology, risk, compliance, marketing, operations and regional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Asset management experience is a significant plus.

  • Credibility to engage senior executives regularly, technical judgment to make strong platform choices, and organizational leadership skills to drive change through the complexity of a large global enterprise.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-oriented and capable of turning a 3-5 year digital and AI vision into executable roadmaps that improve the way clients work with Invesco.
