This position is responsible for leading a potentially transformational molecule in clinical development for prostate cancer, supported by compelling early clinical data and advancing rapidly into registrational studies. As a strategically important growth opportunity within the global J&J prostate cancer portfolio, the asset has the potential to address significant unmet patient needs, establish a differentiated treatment paradigm and create substantial long-term value. The Director, Global Commercial Strategy will serve as the commercial asset strategy lead for a clinical stage asset in Prostate Cancer, shaping the asset's indication-expansion, lifecycle-management, and data-generation strategies to maximize global patient impact and enterprise value. Working at the intersection of Commercial, Medical, Market Access, R&D and regional organizations, this leader will translate complex clinical, competitive and market insights into differentiated development priorities, compelling value propositions and robust commercial forecasts. The role will influence critical investment and portfolio decisions, align global and regional stakeholders around an integrated compound strategy, and mobilize a broad cross-functional network to accelerate development, strengthen launch readiness and optimize the long-term value of the J&J prostate cancer portfolio.
