Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and post-graduate degree in bioscience related fields (MS, PhD or PharmD) are required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive pharmaceutical, biotechnology or closely related healthcare experience is required, including demonstrated accountability for high-impact commercial or portfolio decisions.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex clinical, regulatory, market access and competitive information and translate it into clear commercial implications, strategic recommendations and investment choices is required.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, building alignment across global and regional stakeholders and driving decisions amid ambiguity is required.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and governance forums, are required.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Oncology asset development and commercialization experience, ideally spanning global and major-market roles; prostate cancer experience is strongly preferred.
  • MBA degree strongly preferred.
  • Five or more years of in-line, strategic or global oncology marketing experience, with a record of shaping differentiated brand, indication or lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience supporting a late-stage or in-line asset, major launch, indication expansion or market-development program, including cross-functional launch-readiness planning.
  • U.S. in-line marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging external experts and translating customer, patient and competitive insights into commercial and evidence-generation strategies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, senior-level matrix teams is preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, scenario planning, asset valuation and portfolio trade-offs, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the global commercial asset strategy for a clinical stage asset in Prostate Cancer across lifecycle and indication-expansion planning, and evidence-generation priorities, including the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan.
  • Define the differentiated treatment opportunity and translate patient, customer and market needs into development choices that maximize launch potential, global adoption and long-term asset value.
  • Lead enterprise-wide engagement with regional organizations to synthesize commercial, medical and market access insights into an integrated global compound strategy.
  • Build alignment on priority indications, target-product profiles, evidence requirements and market-shaping investments while ensuring regional needs inform development and launch-readiness decisions.
  • Co-create a cohesive compound-development and market-shaping strategy with Global Medical Affairs and Market Access leaders, integrating clinical, scientific, payer and customer perspectives.
  • Anticipate evidence and access barriers, shape solutions early and ensure the asset's clinical program supports a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
  • Direct cross-functional commercial assessments with Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence and other partners to quantify opportunity, risk and strategic trade-offs.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, global forecasts and valuation scenarios that inform portfolio prioritization, governance discussions and investment decisions.
  • Mobilize a broad matrix of partners, including R&D, Data Science, Supply Chain and launch-readiness functions, to convert strategy into disciplined execution.
  • Establish clear priorities, decision points and accountabilities; resolve cross-functional issues; and deliver critical initiatives on time with measurable business impact.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
