This role is intentionally clinically grounded, with a substantial commitment to direct patient care alongside leadership responsibilities. You will provide specialty reproductive and gynecologic care, including abortion care, complex contraception, and outpatient procedures. You will serve as a clinical leader supporting quality, safety, access, and equity across services, and translate population health and health equity strategies into clinical practice. You will partner across clinical, operational, and community teams to strengthen care delivery, and mentor clinicians and contribute to training, education, and professional development. This is a developmental leadership role with defined supervisory responsibilities and close partnership with senior clinical leadership. You will maintain an active clinical presence (approximately 3+ days per week), providing care that may include first- and second-trimester abortion care, complex contraception and early pregnancy care, outpatient gynecologic procedures (e.g., hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP), and management of complex or high-risk reproductive health cases. Beyond direct care, you will lead and support population health and equity initiatives, use data and quality metrics to improve outcomes and reduce disparities, provide clinical oversight and mentorship across care teams, and support training programs for APCs, RNs, and physicians.
