About The Position

The Population Health Services Process Manager oversees multiple complex population health and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) relationships and projects through the application and approval process, contract execution, implementation, and on-going compliance. Serves to support population health activities within the OSF Ministry by integrating multiple processes. Assists OSF leadership with business plans, gap analysis, project budgets, developing and managing detailed project work plans, and implementing solutions for programming tied to population health accountabilities and work. Ensures communication, coordination, and integration of work with other areas of the Ministry. Serves as a population health resource to Ministry leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, Accounting, Finance or Legal Studies
  • Three years' experience managing projects and project teams requiring health care operational or finance knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively use standard project-management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, Accounting, Finance or Legal Studies.
  • Ability to adapt style and content of communication for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Experience with processes and their interrelationships.
