Job Overview: The Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting is responsible for overseeing the Company’s internal and external financial reporting and technical accounting functions, including the preparation, review and filing of the Company’s consolidated and stand-alone interim and annual financial statements, periodic SEC reports, and the research and application of complex accounting standards. The Director leads the coordination of the annual external audit and quarterly reviews, oversees the Company’s technical accounting positions, supports the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, lender reporting obligations and internal policies.
