The Rockefeller Foundation's Finance Department shapes strategic decision-making through rigorous financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting across the Foundation’s domestic and international operations. The team partners closely with executive leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders to safeguard financial integrity and transparency and responsible stewardship of the Foundation’s resources. The Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting leads the Foundation’s financial accounting and reporting function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial information across the Foundation and its affiliated entities. The Director provides technical accounting leadership and oversees the global close, consolidated financial reporting, audit, and tax processes, applying sound judgment to complex accounting matters and ensuring consistent standards across entities and regions. Reporting to the Managing Director, Finance & Accounting, the Director leads accounting staff and partners across Finance, Investments, and RF Catalytic Capital to maintain strong financial controls, meet reporting and compliance requirements, and provide reliable financial information for organizational decision-making.
