The Director of FP&A will lead and build a best-in-class financial planning and analysis function at The Princeton Review, serving as a critical partner to executive leadership and functional teams. This role is central to driving financial rigor and cash management, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will own the company’s planning, forecasting, and reporting processes – transforming them into scalable, collaborative, and insight-driven capabilities that enable transparency across the organization and faster, smarter decision making. The Director will bring a strong bias toward action, combining analytical depth with speed and execution, and leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and elevate output quality.
