About The Position

Milacron is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading global FP&A strategy and execution, providing financial insight that informs business performance, growth, and long‑term decision‑making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership in a global organization
• Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation
• Experience supporting or leading M&A due diligence and integration
• Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CPA, or CMA
• Experience improving FP&A processes, BI utilization, or financial systems
• Prior exposure to executive and board‑level financial presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A activities including monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long‑range strategic planning
• Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy through data‑driven financial insights
• Develop and own advanced financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
• Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
• Deliver executive‑level and board‑ready financial reporting tied to operating performance and strategic initiatives
