The company is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the Finance, Accounting & Operations teams in preparing and analyzing key financial reporting, and to be instrumental in the development of budgeting and forecasting. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for financial/valuation analysis, a goal-oriented attitude, a desire to help others, and either acquisition/transaction experience or industry experience in physical therapy, dental, dermatology, veterinary, investment banking, or private equity.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of finance/acquisition/transaction experience (acquisitions, financings, brokering the sale of businesses, investment banking, accounting advisory, consulting, public accounting) OR industry financial analysis experience in physical therapy, dental, dermatology, veterinary, investment banking, or private equity
  • Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst (or Associate)
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
  • Strong undergraduate academic performance
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data query tools including Power BI
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and process the information into analytical level reporting to analyze the business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Represent the company with a high level of professionalism
  • Solid integrity, responsibility, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal and external reporting packages (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) to assist in communications of results and analysis to practice management, senior management team and other investment team members
  • Develop, produce, and track key metrics utilizing data warehouse and other resources to enhance automated reporting and KPI dashboards that can be used to help forecast financial trends and outcomes
  • Assist in Coordinating and preparing annual financial plan for operational business units and other company operations in collaboration with senior management, investment team and practice team members.
  • Analyze financial data for use in forecasting and comparison to actual performance.
  • Assist in the research and create presentation related materials of operational activity
  • Collaborate with other teams including senior management and investment team to perform in-depth analysis including analyzing historical, on-going, and prospective trends in patient visits and production.
  • Ad hoc projects and support of other Accounting, Finance and Corporate office initiatives as needed
