About The Position

As the Director Finance (Commercial) at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the commercial finance function. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role.

As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
• Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business plans
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on datadriven insights
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
• Lead and develop a highperforming team of business analysts and planners
